Portrait of Ryan Wuckert, AI workflow consultant

The story

For 17 years I managed complex image pipelines on major film sets — Universal, Netflix, Sony and more. As a DIT and camera professional I was responsible for the integrity, organization and colour accuracy of every frame captured — from The Long Walk to Nobody, Tales from the Loop to Violent Night.

When generative AI arrived, I saw the connection immediately. The same pipeline discipline that makes a film set run — data management, colour science, quality control, repeatable process — applies directly to AI image workflows.

Today I build custom ComfyUI automations and AI solutions for remote teams, and I run my own air-gapped hardware so high-value assets never leave the machine. I help production companies, post houses and small businesses turn AI from an experimental toy into a reliable, production-ready pipeline.

Local-first. Open source. Human in the loop.

Owner-operated & air-gapped

I'd rather run my own 5090 and local models than hand assets to an online pay-per-guess slot machine. Your footage and data stay put.

Open source by default

ComfyUI, FLUX, WAN, LTX, Ollama — I build on proven open tools, and I actually know the licences that govern each workflow.

Human in the loop

There's no magic bullet — you coax the result out of several tools. I build the workflow that keeps the human driving, not the model.

Let's ship something great.

Direct hire or B2B — flexible terms. I'm open to teams ready to automate, scale, or debug their AI pipelines.
